A business plan is a great discipline when it comes to evaluating your idea's commercial viability. It is also an essential foundation for any capital raising or Joint Venture you intend to undertake. From the business plan, you can identify the areas which you need to change and invest in, in order to meet your targets.
This is also be a good time to do a stocktake of the current skills levels of yourself and your team. Does your staff have the capability to respond to the opportunity? If there are skill gaps, consider the wealth of training courses available, including those listed on the Training page.
